If you need to cancel your order, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you.
Provided your order has not yet been processed (packed) or shipped at our fulfilment centre, we will be happy to cancel your order as requested.
If it has been processed or shipped, unfortunately we will no longer be able to cancel that for you.
However, if once it arrives you still decide that you’d like to cancel the order, we can certainly assist you with arranging a return for a refund.
Please note that return shipping costs would be at the customer’s expense, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
