If you need to cancel your order, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you. 

Provided your order has not yet been processed (packed) or shipped at our fulfilment centre, we will be happy to cancel your order as requested. 

If it has been processed or shipped, unfortunately we will no longer be able to cancel that for you. 

However, if when it arrives you still would like to cancel it, we can help you initiate a return for refund instead.
