Once your order has been shipped, we will send out a shipping confirmation email to your provided email address. On this, you will have your tracking number and a link to the AusPost website. 

By following the link to the AusPost website, you’ll be able to get regular updates on the status of your order, including things such as estimated delivery dates, and delivery confirmation. You can also enter the tracking number into your local courier system to get even more detailed updates too. 

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the number to become active in the couriers system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
