How long does delivery take?Updated 2 months ago

All orders are sent from our warehouse in Australia, and you can expect the following delivery timeframes:

•  Domestic (within Aus) Standard: NSW 2-5, other states 4-8 business days
•  Domestic (within Aus) Express: NSW 1-3, other states 2-5 business days
•  International Standard Postage: 5-9 business days
•  International Express Postage: 4-7 business days

International orders may be subject to customs processing and inspection. Customs can hold parcels for up to 12 business days (and sometimes longer). 

This is completely outside of our control, we can’t speed it up, and EZINK won’t be held liable for customs-related delays.
