I think my order is lost in transit.Updated 2 months ago

Once your order has been shipped, we will send out a shipping confirmation email to your provided email address. On this, you will have your tracking number and a link to the AusPost website. 

By following the link to the AusPost website, you’ll be able to get regular updates on the status of your order, including things such as estimated delivery dates, and delivery confirmation.

If your tracking number is not showing any updates on the website, please note it can take up to 24 hours for new scans to show up. It also may have missed a scan point, but is still moving through the system.

For USA & Canada orders, once the parcel arrives in your country, you can also enter the same tracking number into your local courier’s tracking system for even more detailed updates. For example:

  • USA: track through the USPS website

  • Canada: track through the Canada Post website

International orders may be subject to customs processing and inspection. Customs can hold parcels for up to 12 business days (and sometimes longer). This is completely outside of our control, we can’t speed it up, and EZINK won’t be held liable for customs-related delays.
