I think my order is lost in transit.Updated 14 days ago

Once your order has been shipped, we will send out a shipping confirmation email to your provided email address. On this, you will have your tracking number and a link to the AusPost website. 


By following the link to the AusPost website, you’ll be able to get regular updates on the status of your order, including things such as estimated delivery dates, and delivery confirmation.


If your tracking number is not showing any updates on the website, please note it can take up to 24 hours for new scans to show up. It also may have missed a scan point, but is still moving through the system. 


Please also note any shipping timeframes that are provided at checkout are estimates provided by the courier, and ensure to allow for the full shipping timeframe to pass - sometimes orders will be delivered on the very last day of the estimated period.
