If no one was home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the package in a safe location.

If your package has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please do the following:

• Check with your family and neighbours to see if they have received it on your behalf.

• Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.

• Verify your mailbox and any alternate delivery locations, such as the post office.

• Use the tracking details provided by the courier to confirm the delivery status (your tracking link can be found on your shipping confirmation email).

It may also be helpful to contact your local postal service directly, as they can sometimes provide more detailed delivery information:
