Whilst we carefully inspect all orders before they are shipped, in rare occasion there may be a mistake with an order - we're sorry!
If you have received an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us at [email protected] with any relevant information (e.g. pictures of the wrong item) and we will be happy to investigate for you.
Please be assured, we will be able to organise the correct order/items to be sent out immediately for you if this is the case.
