What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated 14 days ago

Whilst we ensure that all items and orders are checked by our quality control team before being sent out, unfortunately on rare occasions, damage may occur - we are deeply sorry if this is the case for you! 


Please inspect your order upon delivery, and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, along with any relevant information (e.g. pictures of the damaged item) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you quickly. 


Please be assured, if there is any damage to one of your items, we will replace it for you at no cost!
