What is your return/exchange policy?Updated 14 days ago

At EZINK, we are more than happy to assist with returns and exchanges, provided the request falls within our policy. 


We offer a 30-day window (beginning when you receive your order) for you to initiate a request for a return or exchange, which can be done by contacting us at [email protected] and advising us of your preference.   


For all returns and exchanges, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards. 


Once we have received the above details, and provided that it falls within the 30-day timeframe, we will provide you with the return address for you to send your items back to. 


For a change of mind return request, the cost of shipping the product back to EZINK will be covered by the customer. 


Please note - any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


If you are wanting to return for a refund, once the item has been returned to us and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will refund the order amount back to you via the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (usually within 2-5 business days).


If you are wanting to return for an exchange, once the item has been returned to us and processed at our warehouse, we will be happy to ship out your replacement order as requested. As we are unable to hold on to stock items, the fastest way to get your preferred items to you is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
