All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, due to things such as weekends, public holidays, and peak sales periods. If you aren’t able to locate your tracking number, it may be that your order has not yet shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send out a shipping confirmation email to your provided email address. On this, you will have your tracking number, as well as a link to track it directly with the courier. By following the link to the tracking website, you’ll be able to get regular updates on the status of your order, including things such as estimated delivery dates, and delivery confirmation.
Shipping within Australia is 2-8 business days for standard delivery, and express is 1-5 business days (depending on which state is the destination). For any addresses outside of Australia, international standard shipping is 5-9 business days, and international express shipping is 4-7 business days (depending on the destination).
