If you aren’t able to locate your tracking number, it may be that your order has not yet shipped. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, due to things such as weekends, public holidays, and peak sales periods.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send out a shipping confirmation email to your provided email address. On this, you will have your tracking number, as well as a link to track it directly with the courier.
You can also enter the tracking number into your local courier system directly.
If your tracking number is not showing any updates on the website, it can take up to 24 hours for new scans to show up, or it may have missed a scan point but is still moving through the system.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email or a shipping confirmation with your tracking number, it’s possible that the email address entered at checkout was incorrect.
